Sony Xperia P
Sony Xperia P is a standout among Sony’s 3 smart phones. It was designed using Sony’s WhiteMagic technology which is capable of giving a bright display. Compared to other smart phones in the market, no one can beat Sony Xperia’s bright display.
Design
The design of Xperia P is similar to that with Xperia S. The camber back, spiky corners and the transparent strip at the bottom of the phone are the visible designs of Sony. Aluminum shell wraps the rear part of the phone while others use plastic. It may not be very noticeable at first glance but when held for a longer time; your fingertips can sense the coldness of the metal. Although it does not come with a microSD slot and batteries that can’t be removed, it is the unique mark of this phone.
The 10.5 mm thickness of the phone is not as impressive as the other Smartphone but it is not as thick which you can easily notice while bringing or placing it on your pocket. As it is designed to be a smaller smartphone, there might be issues in working with the buttons using 1 hand as the display is a little farther from the base. However, the physical buttons are situated at the right side and are simple to manage. The transparent strip is where the home keys are and are very quick to respond upon pressing.

Pros
The silky smooth design of the phone makes it unique. The 4” display screen is comfortable enough to handle. While its 1 GHz U8500 Dual Core processor, makes it performance exceptional. The camera with its 8x zooming capability is impressive.
Cons
Although it has a very impressive back camera, the front camera is the opposite. It does not have the same capabilities as the back one so its quality is poor. Also, the camera button is hard, you have to press it really hard for it to work. The coat is not designed for scratch free so it is a must to buy protection to limit scratches. When browsing multiple sites, it is hard to maneuver from one tab to another making it time consuming and frustrating. The microSD slot is difficult to manage.
Warranty
The limited warranty of the mobile phone includes the accessories that come with the unit. It has 1 year warranty for both the mobile phone and the accessories. Sony has authorized the dealers to replace, refund or repair the unit with the condition that is should not be damaged by the specific circumstances specified on the limited warranty. Otherwise the 1 year guarantee is cancelled.
Conclusion
Sony Xperia U is designed to have enough impressive features with its price range. Users can bloat this phone to any smartphone users due to its NFC characteristics. NFC capabilities are the feature that would be used more in the future when it comes to mobile phones. Sony Xperia U is destroying the line between mid and high premium mobile phones as it is a premium phone priced affordably.
