Pros
One of the benefits of buying Sony Xperia is the brand itself. Owning a phone made by Sony assures you that you have the finest product at hand. The combination of the 1.2 GHz Quad Core Cortex A7, MediaTek MT6589 and 1 GB storage make your choice amazing. The HD video recording and its playback make your video experience the best ever as the quality of the videos are the best. The size of the battery which is 2390 mAh should inform you that it would last long. The JellyBean operating system is the most updated version. The attractive design which was an inspiration from Xperia Z is also an added advantage of this phone.
Cons
The first downside of this phone is the price. The company should consider that the resolution of the phone is not as fine compared to the other mobile phones in the market. A markdown on the price would be great. Also, the 4GB ROM and the 1GB RAM are not the best version especially to those heavy gamers as it will not store as many games as possible. The user would have to delete a few applications to accommodate games or new applications. Lastly, the front camera should have a better version than the VGA one.
Warranty
The limited warranty of the unit extends to its accessories that come with it when it was purchased. The 1 year warranty period starts from the day the unit was purchased. Sony authorizes the dealer of the unit the option to replace, repair or refund as long as it adheres to the conditions stipulated on the limited warranty. A proof of purchase should be presented with the date and serial number when claiming the warranty. The warranty will be voided due to the normal wear and tear of the unit, mishandling, natural calamities, accidents or the modification of the software and the hardware.
Conclusion
If you are looking for a mid-range phone but with a premium brand, Sony Xperia C is the phone for you. Although it may be a little pricey for a mid-range phone, its features can justify it.
