Pros

This is engineered with an all-metal theme that gives it a professional sleek and slim look. The screen resolution is well-equipped for favoured viewing. It is also touch-enabled, as a consequence of its excellent touchpad. The keyboard dock experience is also a plus because of the wide-enough buttons that are easy to press and comfortable to use. The sound experience also adds to its niche – the JBL stereo speakers see to that the sounds are cap-clean. The main advantage of this model is its excellent trackpad, compared to its contemporaries. The trackpad has 2-finger scrolls with a single-finger tracking that is favourable for good laptop experience. Also, the abundant ports are also a plus. With the Ethernet jack, HDMI socket, headphone jack, Kensington lock slot, SD card reader and the two USB ports almost complete the packaging.

Cons

Some rookies may find it hard to read the reflective keys on the keyboard dock. The 128 GB drive is also a little small when considered the abundant features of the Samsung ATIV Book 7. The weight of 3.6 pounds is also a little unnecessary because there are no heavy components to justify this. Although the installed starter programs are convenient, the fun ends when the user realizes that the applications can be a little too redundant. Also, the volume also has a good quality when the model is used in a closed-door basis, but may have problems when the volume is cracked in outdoors. The biggest downside is that this model is not recommended for a good gaming experience. There are also unused spaces on the dock that can be a little off.

Conclusion

Basically, the Samsung ATIV Book 7 is a good purchase. In other words, the user may have a niche in flaunting this anywhere. The reliable processor and high disk performance contribute to the over-all consumer satisfaction. This model may have its cons at a level. But over-all, this model is competitive enough to threaten its counterparts such as the Apple MacBook Pro, Google Chromebook and Toshiba Kirabook. Inside and out, the features of this model are simply attractive. The gaming experience may not be as great as a user may expect, but the performance is truly a hard-to-find plus.
