Nokia N8 Smartphone Review
Nokia N8 is the first mobile phone that uses Symbian 3 as its operating system. It is one of the most convincing devices that Nokia has ever designed. The 12 megapixel camera with Xenon flash top notches its other smartphone competitors out there as most use the usual LED flash. The phone offers other interesting features that would really interest you from purchasing it.
Design
Nokia N8 has better operating system to improve the Nokia N5800 and Nokia X6 experience. The phone has additional home screens, applications and a better UI.
The phone is made of metal with anodized scratch free keys. The 12MP camera with Xenon flash made it bulkier compared to the other thin phones. At the left side of the phone, you can access the microSD and SIM slots while on the other side, the physical keys like the camera, volume and power buttons can be seen.

Pros
One of the advantages of buying Nokia N8 is the 12 MP camera that has a Xenon flash that is way better than the usual LED flash. You are assured of great quality photos. Another good thing about the phone is the expandable storage. You no longer delete applications if you need to download new ones as you can expand until 32GB. It also has HDMI connector for TV out so you can connect your phone to your television if you want a bigger picture or if you want to view the videos on your TV.
Cons
As it is using Symbian as its operating system, you have limited choice when it comes to the application. After every 4 to 6 months, you need to restart your phone otherwise it will reset on its own which would make those temporary applications gone and you need to download them again. A better C storage could fix this concern.
Warranty
For you to claim the Limited Warranty of Nokia, you should present the unit and the proof of purchase that includes the name and address of the retailer, the date and place where it was bought, the serial number and the product type.
Conclusion
Overall, this phone is good but not the best. It is good for daily use as long as you do not use internet very often as it is pretty slow. An update of the 680 MHz processor and 256 RAM would make it better. Other features of the phone can very well compete with the other smartphones in the market.
