Pros
As it only can accommodate 8GB for its internal memory, it has a micoSD slot for you to expand the memory of your phone. Another great advantage is the replaceable battery. You will not have to keep on charging your phone as you can just replace the battery when it drains. It also offers a voice guided navigation to help you locate the place of your destination. Travelling is made easy with both replaceable battery and the map that Nokia Lumia 820 provides.
Cons
Compared to Android and iOs which have a lot of available applications that you can easily download, Windows does not offer that great privilege. Another disadvantage is, it does not have a system file manager. There is no free music for you to listen to as FM radio is not available. With its 4.3” display, the phone is heavy for its size. It is not really advisable for daily use.
Warranty
Limited Warranty of Nokia stipulates that the usual wear and tear of the unit, manuals and third party accessories, exposure to different weather conditions are a few reasons for the warranty to be voided. A proof of purchase bearing the following information should be presented upon claiming the warranty, name and address of the retailer, date and location where it was bought, serial number and product type.
Conclusion
With a mid-range price that has the latest Windows 8 technology; Lumia 820 can be a good phone to buy. Although there are limited applications you can use, the experience and using the phone can still bring satisfaction to you.
