Design

Nokia Lumia 620 is created to be smaller which is only 3.8” for its display, thinner than other midrange phones and heavier than the HTC Windows Phone 8S. Even though the phone is affordable, the craftsmanship and the materials used can be comparable to those luxury Lumia series. Lumia 620 has rounded edges and back.

 

The shade of the phone leans towards the young people which would explain its lively colors. You can also change the back cover of the phone depending on your mood. Just make sure the materials of the back cover are durable and would not slippery when you hold it.

There are 3 touch buttons on the bottom of the phone which are the back, home screen and search keys. The other physical buttons are at the right side of the phone for easier use with one hand.

Pros

For a smartphone with Windows 8 as an operating system, the price is amazing. If you are not really into the large screen phones, Lumia 620 is enough for you as it has a 3.8” display. Like the other Lumia series, it has Windows 8 operating system which is easy to use. A newbie can easily maneuver the phone. It has a microSD slot so you can expand the memory if you want.

 

Cons

One of the issues of the phone is its low screen resolution for a smartphone. The camera is another concern as it only has 0.3 MP, so pictures taken are not as beautiful. If you are bored and you do not have any songs loaded to your phone, a nice music from your phone’s radio would be a good alternative but this phone does not offer that. Also, removing the back part of the phone is extra challenging so to make your life easier do not touch it.

Like any other Nokia smartphone, Nokia Lumia 620 has 1 year warranty for the unit and its accessories that comes when you buy the product, 6 months for the headset, battery and other delicate accessories and 90 days for the software.
