Pros

Nokia Asha 501 is very handy as the size of the phone is just 3.91”. Aside from that it is very affordable compared to the other Smartphone in the market today. You can use 2 Sims in just one phone, so there is no excuse that you can’t text or call your friends or loved ones as you can use providers in just 1 phone. It has both Facebook and Twitter so you do not have to download these social media sites. It can also detect if there are objects nearby by its proximity sensors.

Cons

It does not offer 3G which makes browsing experience annoying. The low resolution screen makes your pictures and text not as vivid and clear. Plus their fixed-focus camera makes it even worse. So it you are trying to take pictures, just use another gadget so you will not be dissatisfied with the images you got. The phone does not also provide smart dialing.

Warranty

Warranty starts at the time the mobile phone was purchased by the first user. 1 year warranty coverage is for the unit and its accessories. 6 months warranty for the delicate parts and accessories like the batteries, headsets, desk stands, covers and cables. 90 days warranty for the software like the CD ROM and the memory card. Warranty will not be covered for the successive resale, repair or replacement of the products.

Conclusion

If you want to know how it is to have a Smartphone yet affordable, you can try Nokia Asha 501. It may not be the perfect Smartphone you need but it has some features that are similar to those expensive and luxurious Smartphone.
