How to use Google Flights?
First, search with flights on the current place to your destination for the current month. Your search would somewhat be similar to this, “flights from NYC to LA in October.” The text would be enough for Google to give you all the flight details at the left portion of your Google search. If by chance, your search is unsuccessful, you can just type www.google.com/flights.
Once you are on the site, you will be seeing a map of the US as this is the only place you can shop for tickets for now. International tickets can’t be access currently. You will then enter your departure place and destination. If you are using Google, it will automatically place the departure point based on your location. A proposed flight points can be seen on the map so you can also verify that you are choosing the right place.
Enter the date of departure and return on the box right below the map. A display of different flight information with the costs can be viewed. You will also add how many stops you want on your flight. Once you have chosen which airline company to use, click on the price and a Book button would appear.
Clicking on it would take you directly to the airline company you chose and finally book the flight you wanted. If in case you have chosen an airline company without a price, the Book button would not appear. You will have to go to the airline’s website to successfully book your flight.
