Cons

  • It is still in beta phase so expect any problems or issues that will occur while you are using Chrome.

  • No add-ons. If you want to use add-ons you will have to keep on switching browsers.

  • There is no synchronization unlike Firefox’s Mozilla Weave option where it can synchronize your home browser, laptop browser and work browser.

  • It is created with poor standards. Compared it to Firefox and IE, Chrome has different format when it comes to the text.

  • Chrome controls the data and shares it with the advertisers.

  • No more dropdown bar; however, they have added a feature called Omnibox.

  • Less versatile when it comes to the history function unlike Firefox. A simple screen will display your day to day activity. You will not be able to sort the history by site, date, or most visited.
