Asus Zenbook UX 23VD comes very close to being an ultra-book but unlike all the other ultra books, it does not have the compromises that they have. It is as a result better placed when compared to the ultra books though it is not an ultra book itself. If you have been using ultra books and you need something better, this could just be it.

Pros

The fact that Asus Zenbook UX 23VD has features that are missing out from other ultra books makes it a better laptop and literally one of the best in the market so far. These features include a 1080p display and an Nvidia GPU. It is easier to use for data purposes because of the presence of three 3.0 USB ports. This means that you can transfer data and share data with so much ease when you are using this laptop.

 

It is a strong and durable laptop as well, thus it will be hard for it to get damaged soon after purchase meaning it can serve you for a longer duration. Overall, it has many of the features that buyers look for. You can consider this as an all round multipurpose laptop.

 

Cons

This is a very expensive laptop; its price is higher when compared to similar laptops in the market. If you are working with a tight budget, this may not be your best choice now. This is also a thicker laptop as compared to other ultra books so if you do not like thick laptops, it may not impress you much.

 

It is also quite heavy. Many people these days are considering weight when buying laptops and the Asus Zenbook UX 32VD cannot exactly be described as light. If you have used most of the new laptops, you may not like the touchpad that this laptop comes with. It is a kind that is not the best and therefore it may not serve you well.

 

Conclusion

With discrete graphics, a core i7 CPU and a full HD screen; this is an ultra book that has it all or at least close to it. These are features that will give you better service if you have been using ultra books in the past. However, keep in mind it may be quite pricey to acquire.
