The Asus Transformer Book TX 300C is another addition to the growing family of Asus. The 13.3” notebook with detachable full HD IPS tablet offers impressive specs and performance. The machine is very fast and the excellent quality build is worth the price. The extremely rigid yet elegant and slim design is very much likeable.
Design
Asus Transformer Book TX300C is Asus’ first detachable hybrid. It has the metallic look of ZenBook and high resolution of Pad Infinity. Although it is slim, it is a bit heavy compared with other tablets. The weight can be attributed to the sturdy metal construction. The thickness doubles to 0.94 inches when docked. It has a full-sized Chiclet keyboard. It offers 178 degree wide viewing angle and clear resolution. The audio sound is also remarkable among its contemporaries in the market.

Pros
The design of the Asus Transformer Book TX300C is so gorgeous. The 1080 pixels touch screen responds well to actions. If you add the features and performance of Intel core i7-3517U processor and the extra battery, you would say that the device is awesome. The audio quality is also one of the clearest on a detachable hybrid.
It uses the SonicMaster speakers which is a partnership with Bang & Olufsen. As with the keyboard, it is very comfortable to type on. It also has a good battery life that can last all day. The warranty period is also extended to 2 years compared with the one-year limited protection of other companies.
Cons
The Asus Transformer Book TX300C is a bit heavy. It is in fact categorized under the heavier class of sub-notebooks. But for a 13-inch display, the weight is understandable. The dock connector is quite picky and the performance is affected by the battery supply.
Warranty
Asus offers a generous 2 year warranty for the product. This is amazing as compared to the regular one year limited warranty of other companies. You can talk to their support staffs whoare available via email or phone for your queries on their services.
Conclusion
Asus Transformer Book TX300C is an excellent choice for a hybrid ultrabook. The excellent performance, long battery life and the storage options are great selling points. Although it is a bit heavy, the design and features will still stand out from the rest.
