ASUS Taichi 21

ASUS Taichi 21 is a decent looking ultrabook, with a unique dual-display design that people can carry anytime. This model is a combination of both an ultrabook and a tablet. This unique innovation is another proof of ASUS commitment to give the best and the most advance technology to its loyal user.

 

This model offers upscale designs and features that truly address the user’s undying passion to grab what is out and new in the market.  The price is quite painful in the pocket. But this model is totally hard to ignore and people especially those who can afford still buys it.  

 

Design

ASUS Taichi 21-DH71 model is a stand out because it really looks great inside and out. This 11-inch ultrabook-style laptop apparently has a thinner body, a large touch pad and the entire surface is brushed metal and glass. Dual-screen seems a great idea but it doesn’t make this model truly on the edge because the original HP Spectre and Acer Aspire S7 have this similar feature too.  

 

It weighs 1.3 kgs or approximately 2.8 pounds and silver aluminum in color. The nice part in this ultrabook is its external screen. The Windows 8 touch screen looks vibrant by its edge-to-edge glass cover. The flat-top keyboard in island-style design and the large touch pad are just perfect for an 11-inch ultraportable laptop. And people love it.

 

Four hours and 37 minutes battery running time is not at all satisfying. But with both screens on, the battery runs 3 hours and 11 minutes. The latter seems satisfying already and most users were impressed by that. ASUS Taichi 21 sells from $1,099.99 to as high as $1,599.00.

Pros

The nice feature this model has is the dual-screen design. Beside that it is an ASUS model, this system makes it more interesting. It’s sleek and sassy design, inside and out plus the fact, that it is thinner and slender, had caught the interest of many people and apparently bought the model already.  Apparently, this model has more advantages and experience to offer especially the dual-screen system.

 

Cons

Unfortunately and for some reasons, different feedback about ASUS Taichi 21 had become an issue. Like the dual-screen system, poor battery and the missing optical drive. But of course topping all of these is the price of Taichi 21.  

 

Conclusion

ASUS Taichi 21 is simply hard to ignore. It is the type of a computer most users would surely want. The price is as hard as the model to ignore. However, this model still stands out and offer good and latest features to its loyal users. Taichi 21 is fun to explore, experience and of course very nice to show off.

It may be unreasonable and impractical buying it, but people still buys it. The dual screen and it being so thin and slim indeed make it hard to ignore.
