Okay, first, you are going to need these following ingredients to keep you going properly. It is much better that you gather them all together first before proceeding to the steps so you can avoid any delay in the near minutes as you try to find where the other ingredients are located at, so might as well gather them all now. Here is a list of what you should have placed in your kitchen counter before starting off.

  • 2 tablespoons sugar

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs

  • 3 cups part skim ricotta cheese

  • 14 cup melted butter

  • 12 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1 cup whipping cream

  • 12  cup cocoa

  • 1 tablespoon vanilla

Here are the steps that you need to proceed with. Make sure you have an hour and a half set for the whole time of creating it.

  1. First things first, preheat the oven at 350 degrees.

  2. This time, you will be creating it using a food processor if you have one. But if you don’t, you can also us a mixer to properly mix the ingredients of your mixture.

  3. Prepare your graham crust. You would not want any lumps on the mixture so make sure that the crust is well crushed. The more crushed as sand it is, the better for your cake.

  4. Now, using your food processor, mix the ricotta, sugar, eggs and cheese. Make sure to beat it up until smooth if you are using a mixer instead of food processor. It is important that it is well beaten before you add other ingredients into is as to avoid getting lumps on the mixture and unwanted lumps on your finished product.

  5. Next thing to do is to add the other ingredients. Keep in mind not to pour everything all at once. Add the ingredients properly not only to avoid messy results but to make sure that the ingredients are well mixed and that they combine properly with each other. Continue the process until all ingredients are already added on the mixture and once the whole mixture is already smooth. Remember, the mixture should be well-combined and smooth.

  6. Once the criteria in number 5 are all met, that is now your cue to stop beating and start pouring the finished mixture onto the crust. Again, do it slowly to avoid messy results.

  7. After doing so, bake the mixture in the oven for at least an hour and extra 15 minutes to be exact. You will know that your cheesecake is baked well with its surface. Check it before pulling it out of the oven.

  8. Cool your cheesecake and refrigerate it until ready to be served.

  9. Put some loving on the toppings. Chocolate ricotta cheesecake is not going to be complete without the toppings.

For sure, anyone you will share this with is going to love this recipe. Bon Appetit!
